NCTR’s Teacher Residency Policy Map provides information about state policies that support teacher residency programs, including state investments. This map was developed with the Education Commission of the States (ECS) and is based on their 2022 50-state teacher recruitment and retention database. Updated in April 2024, NCTR will continue to update this map annually.
