Hiring Process

We are committed to a hiring process that is thoughtful, equitable, and designed to help us get to know candidates beyond their resumes. While timelines may vary by role, our process typically includes the following steps:

1. Resume Review

Our team reviews all applications to assess alignment with the role’s qualifications, experience, and core responsibilities.

2. One-Way Video Interview

Selected candidates are invited to complete a brief recorded video interview. This allows candidates to share more about their experiences, interests, and motivations on a flexible schedule.

3. First Group Interview

Candidates who move forward participate in a structured group interview with members of our team. This conversation focuses on professional experience, collaboration, and alignment with our mission and values.

4. Performance Task

Candidates complete a job-relevant exercise designed to provide insight into how they approach the work. We aim to make tasks realistic, focused, and reflective of the role’s key responsibilities.

5. Final Group Interview

Finalists participate in a second group interview with additional team members and organizational leaders. This stage allows for deeper discussion about the role, organizational culture, and mutual fit.

6. Reference Check

As a final step, we conduct professional reference checks to better understand each candidate’s strengths, work style, and past contributions.

What You Can Expect

Throughout the process, we strive to provide clear communication, timely updates, and a respectful candidate experience. We recognize that interviews are a two-way process and encourage candidates to ask questions as they determine whether our organization is the right fit for them.
