The overarching goal of this Community Learning Experience (CLE) Working Group is to develop, pilot, and codify a mentor professional learning program that is in alignment with NCTR’s Levers for Equitable Teacher Residencies that can be disseminated to all residency programs within NCTR’s extensive network.
