Jeremy Scott joined NCTR as an Associate Director of Programs in 2024. In this role, he supports efforts in co-designing and delivering culturally responsive programming and consulting across NCTR’s Residency Design Academy (RDA). As a former teacher resident from one of NCTR’s members, Boston Teacher Residency, Jeremy brings years of experience in the education sector as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, and assistant principal. Prior to joining NCTR, Jeremy was the Regional Director of School Culture for a charter school network in the Bay Area, where he spearheaded initiatives around Restorative Practices and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) across 21 schools, fostering safe and inclusive learning environments for all students.
