Krystian Palmero is a Director of Programs at NCTR. In this role, he co-designs and delivers culturally and linguistically sustaining practices (CLSPs) aligned with programming and consulting to teacher residencies across the teacher preparation continuum to promote equity for students of color and other marginalized groups. Krystian has a broad range of experience in the classroom, at school sites, and at national nonprofit organizations. Krystian’s past work focuses on designing and providing high-quality, culturally responsive instruction; teacher preparation and development; and organizational capacity building.
