Keilani Goggins

Keilani Goggins is the Director of the Black Educators Initiative (BEI). She joined NCTR in 2019. In her role, she provides support and technical assistance to BEI grantees. She also identifies and cultivates partnerships to scale the promising practices of  the BEI. Prior to joining NCTR, Keilani was the Assistant Director at Vanderbilt University’s Center for Student Professional Development and the inaugural Director of the Hope Street Group Teacher Fellowship in Tennessee. Keilani received her undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and obtained her Masters in Public Administration at Tennessee State University. She is currently pursuing her doctorate of Education at Trevecca Nazarene University.
