This in-person event is exclusive to the Residency Design Academy.
NCTR believes in the importance of building productive, respectful relationships across the teacher residency program with program staff, training site and district leaders, other teacher residents, and teacher educators (mentors and course instructors). In this institute, design teams will develop resident matriculation activities, onboarding practices for residents, mentors, and principals, and a plan for mentor professional development.
