Wayne Shen

Wayne Shen is NCTR’s Chief Operating Officer. He joined NCTR in 2018. In his role, he helps NCTR expand their financial modeling and analytics capabilities while working with residencies to maintain their long-term sustainability. Prior to joining NCTR, Wayne worked as a consultant to numerous multinationals, helping them build out their marketing, data management, and product development strategies. In addition, Wayne has over a decade’s worth of experience in education, with roles in classroom teaching, admissions, private music instruction, and school administration.
