Phil Nguyen is the founder and managing partner of EdChiefs, a strategic consulting firm deeply committed to building sustainable cross-generational impact for entrepreneurs of color across the education ecosystem. Through this work, Nguyen has supported over 40 early-stage nonprofit organizations, education technology companies, foundations, and social impact enterprises to accelerate their impact through growth systems design, sales/partnership infrastructure building, hybrid-revenue diversification, new partner acquisition, and equity-centered go-to-market strategies. Nguyen has been recognized on a national level by Forbes, Harvard University, the National Alliance of Public Charter Schools, and the American Consortium for Equity in Education.
Nguyen is a former educator, school and district administrator, edtech executive, and social entrepreneur. Nguyen currently serves as a Board Member (Treasurer) for the National Center for Civil and Human Rights, LGBTQIA Institute, and is a proud first-generation college student graduating with his Bachelor of Science from Washington State University, Master of Science in Education from Johns Hopkins University, and Master of Education in School Leadership and Development from Harvard University.
