Jenna Caldwell is NCTR’s Chief of Talent and Staff. She joined NCTR in 2013. In her role, she leads the organization’s efforts to diversify its staff and support staff members’ professional growth and development. She also leads internal communications and provides strategic support to the CEO. She has over eight years of experience in the non-profit sector including a year of teaching in AmeriCorps Project YES (Youth, Education, Service). During her year in AmeriCorps, Jenna taught music and after-school courses at Polaris Charter Academy on Chicago’s west side. Project YES also gave her the opportunity to plan community service projects and work with volunteers within the community. Jenna earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Kansas, a Master of Science degree in Public Service Management from DePaul University, and is also SHRM-CP certified.
