Jared Villanueva is the Associate Director of Operations at NCTR. He joined in November 2022. In his role, he works closely with the Chief Operations Officer to provide technical support for internal systems. He also maintains and improves technical systems to support the NCTR team. Prior to joining NCTR, Jared was a Digital Consultant for a retail pilot program. He worked on expediting the traditional retail experience by tailoring it to each individual and effectively reaching their goals. He also maintained new systems within the pilot program by troubleshooting and working with the software team to discuss new issues, leading to an overall improved experience for the users. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Wilmington University and is based out of the San Francisco Bay Area.
